Replace a missing or lost cheque
Background
If you are missing or have lost a cheque, you must report this to the Student Accounts Office to stop the payment transaction. After reporting the issue, you will be offered the following replacement options: a replacement cheque, direct deposit, or to apply the funds to ACORN.
Procedures
To report a missing or lost cheque, complete the Stop Payment Form online by visiting http://uoft.me/enrolment-services. Your UTORid is required to complete this form. You will find the form by selecting Online Forms and then Stop Payment. The replacement process takes 2–3 weeks after the form is received by the University.
